Students who submit their posters early (due March 27th, 2026) will receive FREE poster printing.
OSCAR is providing FREE Poster PRINTING:
- Printed at NO cost to you: IF received BEFORE 5:00 pm Friday, March 27, 2026
- Submissions/group: only ONE PDF upload required per group
- Posters dimensions: Portrait or Landscape 36” x 48”
- POSTER printing Guidelines:
- Submit: Poster PDF in the Drive folder titled "Submit Here" in the drive

Location: University Union, MPR, CSUEB
- Poster Check-in: 10:30am - 11:15am
- Presentation Check-in: 1:00pm - 1:30pm
- Provost Welcome: 11:30am-11:50 am (ATTENDANCE REQUIRED)
- Posters and presentations: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
- Poster session 1: 12:00pm - 12:45pm
- Poster session 2: 12:50pm - 1:35pm
- Presentation 1 & 2: 1:40pm - 2:55pm
- Awards: 3:00pm-3:40pm
