CLSFA Events

Convivio Gatherings

CLSFA Convivio gatherings for the 2025-26 academic year will generally be held once a month, 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm.  As specific dates and times may vary, please check the tentative calendar below:

Some of our events will include the continuation of the Cafe con Pan speaker series, Loteria night, informal, join when/as you can walk breaks around campus, and fundraising events. 

Volunteer Opportunities

The Leadership team is pleased to pilot a new collaboration with The LatinX Student Success Center (LSSC) on the first Thursday of each semester: Compañeros on Campus. This is an all day event to welcome students and meet other CLSFA members in a relaxed enviornment. 
  • Our inaugural Compañeros on Campus was a HUGE success. Thank you to everyone that showed up and made this possible, we couldn't have done it without you!

Joining CLSFA

Membership in CLSFA is open to any faculty or staff who identify as Chicanx or Latinx or allies to our community.

Membership dues are $35 for the academic year and must be paid annually to be a voting member. These dues go toward hosting events with guest speakers, purchasing CLSFA logoed items (i.e. sweaters, water bottles, key chains, etc.), and fundraising events.
